Craps layouts have changed more than any other table game. Many of the alterations were cosmetic and reflected regional tastes along with the number of dealers used on the game. If you look closely you will notice the vintage layouts all of the 6 & 8 displayed. Modern craps table do not offer this bet, mostly due to the high house advantage and the fact that gamblers today are more versed in which bets are good for Tham and which are all slanted towards the house

Under and Over Seven


American Hazard. This game used three dice with colors rather than numbers.


Cubic Mutual Pool Layouts. This forgotten dice game was played mostly at carnivals in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The six side dice had the letters P-A-C-E-R-S rather then numbers. The letters represented the first letter of the horse on the layout. I added a picture of the actual dice to help illustrate the game. These dice are among the most rare out there.
